What we store and why
If you contact us by form, email, phone or in person, we store your details for up to 2 years to handle your enquiry or booking and any follow-up questions.
If you book with us, we store the data needed to fulfil your booking: name, address, date of birth, payment details and any information you choose to give us (for example dietary requirements or allergies). Bookings are managed in our reservation system, Beds24.
Who receives your data
Only where required by law or to fulfil your booking: the local authority (guest registration), our payment provider (Card Complete) and our tax advisor. We do not share your data with anyone else without your consent. Booking data is kept for the statutory retention period of 7 years.
Legal basis: Art. 6 (1) (a) consent, (b) performance of a contract and (c) legal obligation, GDPR.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and transfer your data, to object to its processing and to withdraw your consent at any time. Please contact info@piltriquitron.com.
You can also lodge a complaint with the Austrian Data Protection Authority (Barichgasse 40–42, 1030 Vienna, dsb@dsb.gv.at).
Google Maps
Our contact page shows a map from Google Maps (Google Ireland Ltd.). When the map loads, your IP address and usage data may be sent to Google, including to servers in the USA. See Google's privacy policy. If you disable JavaScript in your browser, no data is sent, but the map will not display.
Cookies
This website and our booking system may use cookies: small text files stored by your browser. Most are deleted when you close your browser. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings, but some features, such as online booking, may then not work.
